FAQ

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We also accept cash and business checks. Payment is due at the time of the delivery but clients also have the option to pay prior to the day of the event.

We will need the following information:

• Event Address
• Contact Name
• Start and End Date of the Event
• Delivery and Pick Up Time Options
• Primary and Alternate Phone Number

We accept will call orders on most items. Please call our office beforehand in order to check availability. Driver’s license and credit card is required for will call orders.

Rentals are for an overnight period. All equipment will be picked up the following day unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply.

You can cancel 48 hours in advance with no charge. All orders over $3,000 must cancel a week in advance.

We can place orders up to a day before depending on availability.

We can have a Field Specialist come to your home or event address to measure for items such as tenting, staging and flooring. Additional fee may apply.

We offer a wide variety of event rentals and party rentals.
